HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON INVENT ELECTRONICS

There are a number of ways to order from Invent Electronics. You can order via our website, www.inventelectronics.com.You can also order by sending an email to order@inventelectronics.com and we will call you to initiate a purchase. Alternatively, you can place your order via Whatsapp or call us on 0267500606.

 

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED
(In case you ordered from the Invent Electronics Website)

Once you select the “Place Order” button on the Order Summary Page during the “Shopping Cart” checkout process, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. This page will list an order confirmation number.

You will also receive an e-mail confirmation fromorder@inventelectronics.com within 24 hours which contains all the details of your order. In most cases we will call you to confirm your order. However you may also call us on 0267500606 to verify if we have your order.

 

WHAT TO DO IN CASE YOU PLACE A DUPLICATE ORDER

Our systems will notify duplicate orders and we will call you to confirm.

 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS

You can view all the orders you have made on our website. Go to Ordering >> View Order  and log into your account to view all your orders.

You can also track your orders by going to Ordering >> Track Your Order. Enter your order number which you received via email after your order and your billing email and click on Track to find out the status of your order.If you don’t have an order number, please call 0267500606 to check your order status.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We typically cancel orders if we haven’t received payment after 3 days  of placing your order. If that is not the case, please call 0267500606.

 

CHANGING OR COMBINING ORDERS

You can change or combine orders if your order status still shows “On hold”

 

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SHOPPING CART

First, check that cookies are enabled, and that cookies from inventelectronics.com are not being blocked. If those settings seem okay, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, then close and re-open your browser and try again. If all else fails, try closing all open programs and restarting your computer, or ordering from another computer.

 

MISSING ITEMS FROM PACKAGE

First, check that you’ve received all the packages associated with your order. Then empty each package you received; sometimes small parts get caught in crevices or in packing material. If you still can’t find your item, please call 0267500606.
